We’re passionate about driving meaningful and lasting change with our foundation, charity and sustainability partners.
We’re a signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investing (UN PRI) – formalising our commitment to developing a more sustainable global financial system.
We’re a leading supporter of Small Foundation and Long Term Foundation. Both foundations work to tackle extreme poverty in sub-Saharan Africa, focused on driving lasting and systemic change for communities who are most vulnerable to economic shocks and the impacts of climate change.
We have long-standing relationships with St Vincent de Paul, which supports people of all ages who suffer from social exclusion and poverty in Dublin, and Cystinosis Ireland, which supports research into rare degenerative diseases globally. Our CEO Mick Swift is Chairman of Cystinosis Ireland and many of our team are actively involved with both charities.
Employee causes and initiatives
We support a range of causes through donations and employee-led initiatives each year. Recently our team helped to fund PPE during the pandemic and completed Trek For Trees for Self Help Africa – collectively walking the distance from Dublin to Addis Ababa to raise money for tree planting in Ethiopia and Ireland.
We work to cut emissions across our operations – from reducing unnecessary travel to moving to digital documents and renewable energy sources in our offices. We offset our remaining carbon footprint in partnership with United Purpose and have been a carbon neutral business since 2019.
